Herbal Blooms for Balance

Join me for a hands-on exploration of how herbs can support and align with the Chakra system, enhancing both physical and energetic well-being. Over the course of two Saturdays (10-11 AM each day), we’ll dive into the connection between plants and energy centers, learning how to cultivate herbs that nourish body, mind, and spirit.

As a special takeaway, participants will receive seeds for select herbs discussed in class, empowering them to continue their journey at home. To ensure a full and immersive experience, attendees must be able to commit to both sessions.
