In order to provide the safest experience for customers, there are no refunds or returns available. However, I will be happy to replace any item that arrives damaged during transit or if the wrong item was shipped.

To be eligible for a replacement item, please notify me within 7 days of receipt of product if there is an issue.
My teas are made in small batches to ensure the freshness of the herbs and spices used. Sitting for months and months on a shelf reduces the efficacy of herbs and also effects the overall taste of the tea. So by buying small batch tea, you are getting the best quality tea available. That also means that, while every attempt will be made to make your item look like the item pictured, there will be slight variations as each batch is made by hand.

This also means there may be lower quantities of tea available at any given time. If you are looking for a larger amount than what is available, feel free to email me directly and we can work together to meet your needs.
